About Your Order

Who is it from?


Looks like you’ve received a gift! Make sure you’ve fully opened the box as there’s likely a personalised message on the inside of the box!




My order is incorrect.


We’re sorry to hear that. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, please send a photo and your order number to hello@grazedbrownies.co.uk and we will arrange a replacement.




How long will my brownies/blondies last?


If you don’t eat them within minutes of arriving, our brownies and blondies will be perfectly fine for up to 3 weeks, providing these are stored properly!




How should I store my brownies/blondies?


Keep them wrapped up tight in a cool dry place, preferably refrigerated. If you’re not going to be eating them in the first few days, we recommend popping them in the freezer (for up to 3 months)!




Returns & cancellations.


We do not offer refunds (unless in exceptional circumstances) due to the perishable nature of our products. Please take care with placing your order, as we do not offer cancellations.





Postage & Delivery

When will my order be dispatched?


All orders are dispatched within 3 working days (Monday-Friday). Pre-Order items will state on the listing the date they will be dispatched.




What postage options are there?


As standard, we offer Free Delivery which are sent via Royal Mail First Class. We have introduced a Tracked Delivery service, which will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked, for £2.95.




I haven't received my order!


Please allow up to 5 working days for orders as Royal Mail can occasionally experience delays. After this time, if you still haven’t received your order, please contact us at hello@grazedbrownies.co.uk and we will do our best to help!




Will my order fit through the letterbox?


Most of our boxes are designed to fit through letterboxes. This is super handy as it means you, or your recipient, don’t need to be in to accept delivery! Please note that our larger items, such as Grazed2 and A4 Slabs, are sent as a Parcel.




The delivery address is incorrect.


Please take care when entering your delivery details. During the checkout process, "Shipping Details" are where you would like the order to be sent to - if you are buying for yourself, enter your preferred address. If you are buying as a gift, make sure to use your recipients address. Please note that the auto-fill address finder does not always find all the address details. Please ensure that there is a house number/name included. Unfortunately, if your order does not arrive due to the address being incorrect, we cannot replace or refund your order. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have made an error. If we receive your request before the order is dispatched, we will be able to change the address.




Where do you deliver?


We deliver all over the UK via Royal Mail and occasionally by courier for larger orders. We do not currently deliver overseas, sorry!




Can I collect my order?


We do not offer collections, sorry!




How much is delivery?


We offer Free Delivery as standard. We have also introduced Tracked Delivery, which is £2.95 per order. Delivery times apply after the parcel has been dispatched. Please allow 1 working day for dispatch.




I have multiple orders to make.


For each delivery address, you must place a new order, as we cannot combine postage.




Is your packaging environmentally friendly?


We work very hard to make our packaging as environmentally friendly as possible. We use 100% recyclable Kraft boxes (made from recycled materials) and biodegradable vellum paper to package our brownies and blondies.




The Check-Out process.


During the check-out process, the first step is "Shipping Details". "Shipping Details" are where you would like the order to be sent to - if you are buying for yourself, enter your preferred address. If you are buying as a gift, make sure to use your recipients address. When entering the address, please make sure to enter the house name/number correctly. The auto-fill on the address finder does not always find all the address details, so we ask you to double check this. The second step is "Delivery Method". Here you can choose between our delivery options. The third step is "Payment". Here you can choose how you would like to pay. If you are sending a gift, during this step you will need to un-check the box underneath "Billing Address" that says "same as Shipping Address". You will then need to put the correct billing address in - not your recipients address. The final step is "Review & Place Order". Please check all details have been entered correctly during this step.




How do I send my order as a gift?


If you are sending a gift, please make sure to enter the correct details during check-out. The first field is "Email for order confirmation". We recommend that you enter your own email address here, and not the email address of your gift recipient. The order confirmation and subsequent emails will go to this email address. The "Shipping Address" is the delivery address, so you will need to enter the address of your gift recipient. Please ensure there is a house number/name. When you reach the "Payment" step of check-out, underneath the payment options there is "Billing Address" - you will need to un-check the box that says "Same as Shipping Address". Then you will need to enter the correct billing address.





Custom Orders

Can I make a custom quantity order?


Yes of course! Please contact us via email or our contact form and we will get back to you with a custom quote. We price our products very fairly but we may be able to offer slight discounts for large orders.




Do you offer branded orders?


We can personalise your custom orders, no problem. Let us know what you would like, personalised messages, logo branding, or something else! Please note, custom branding can only be printed on orders of 30+ boxes.




Can I order for a wedding or event?


Brownies and blondies are perfect for weddings and events. Speak to us to see what we can offer – think dessert tables, brownie mountains, wedding favours and more!




Can I order for my business?


Our brownie and blondie boxes make for perfect corporate gifts. Whether you are sending to your team, a client or customer, we can personalise your order to suit.





Ingredients & Allergens

What allergens are in my order?


We handle the following allergens on site at the bakery: MILK, EGG, SOYA, NUTS, PEANUTS, COCONUT, HAZELNUTS, GLUTEN & SULPHITES




Are the brownies & blondies suitable for vegetarians?


Yes! Most of our brownies and blondies are suitable for vegetarians. Our Rocky Road brownies AREN’T suitable for vegetarians, due to gelatin in the marshmallows.




Do you offer gluten free products?


Yes! We offer gluten free Original Chocolate brownies. You can order these from the shop!




Do you offer dairy free products?


Unfortunately, no! We do not currently offer any dairy free brownies or blondies.




Do you offer vegan products?


We do not currently offer any vegan brownies or blondies.
